Kathleen Wood

Kathleen is a seasoned professional at the forefront of Sustainable Development arena, providing strategic development support to people, organizations, and systems. Her primary focus is supporting Climate Agendas, Regenerative futures, and System Transformation initiatives with a dedicated emphasis on positive impacts and outcomes in the complex world we live in. 

She’s been instrumental in co-leading strategy development processes, building and upgrading methodologies for multi-stakeholder collaboration, and piloting transformative initiatives.

From her impactful role as a Sustainable Development Consultant at Textile Exchange, where she has contributed to driving transformation in the textile industry, to her strategic contributions as a Sustainability & Organizational Consultant at Nike Inc., she has consistently identified and accelerated game-changing efforts. Her impact extends to the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Food & Agriculture Commodities Systems, where she’s served as a Sustainable Commodity Program & Platform Advisor, collaborating with governments, producers, companies, and civil society to build a shared vision for national commodity sectors. 

Kathleen has been a student on a number of Strozzi Institute courses and recognizes its work as critical and integral to transforming any system.

She was a board member at Northwest Outward Bound School for 6 years, 3 as board chair.
