Ben Schick is a SI Teacher Trainee who has participated in the Leadership in Action training and in-house organizational training through SI’s sister organization, generative somatics. Ben has an MA in organizational development from Antioch University and has managed a number of for-profit and non-profit organizations, including nine years as the CEO of MediaOne Services, the largest independent broadcast and video production hub in Northern California, serving brands such as NBC, Google, Climate Alliance, San Francisco Giants and ESPN. He was the first executive director of Challenge Day, an internationally-acclaimed youth violence-prevention and social-emotional program for middle and high schools, that was showcased on Oprah and then became the centerpiece for MTV’s “If You Really Knew Me.” Ben is currently an executive leadership coach and a senior consultant with the Institute of Gender Partnership, which focuses on large-scale eco-change for women’s equality and gender balance in Fortune 500 companies.
