Antonio M. Salas – Custodian of Special Projects

Antonio M. Salas serves as Custodian of Special Projects at Strozzi Institute, ensuring that special projects support SI’s programmatic and organizational work.  He brings over 15 years of cumulative experience in operations and administrative support – twelve years with the Asian American Journalists Association and three years with the Asian & Pacific Islander Health Forum. Antonio is originally from Guam and was a Capuchin Franciscan friar when he moved to Berkeley, CA for seminary studies. He brings a deeply religious dimension to Somatics, and genuine stewardship around SI resources. He remains actively involved in music ministry at a vibrant Catholic church in San Francisco.
