Meet Your Teachers
Susie Nichols
Susie Nichols is a Master Somatic Coach and senior teacher for Strozzi Institute. Her work draws from years of personal ‘practice’ in executive and team leadership positions, a lifelong commitment to self-development and learning, and her experience as a nationally ranked athlete and student of martial arts in aikido and jodo. Susie works with teams and individuals committed to going to the next level of leadership embodiment. She emphasizes personal awareness and accountability, choice, commitment, patience, practice, discipline, and results.
Tim Tolliver

Tim Tolliver is a Master Somatic Coach with the Strozzi Institute and a lead teacher in the School of Embodied Leadership, a week-long executive leadership intensive. Tim has been sought by executive leaders to help them cultivate an executive presence that builds trust and inspires action. As a lifelong martial artist, athlete,  and performance coach Tim has become known as a force multiplier to mission minded individuals and leaders seeking the next level of their presence and performance. Leveraging essential principles of human development, and somatic transformation Tim works with his clients to align attention and action in ways that serve their highest aspirations and their deepest commitments.

Tim is a committed student of the body's innate power and potential and is passionate to develop leaders who can access and employ their best when it matters most. He holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Alaska, and is a three-time world kata champion in the International Karate Association. 

Tim and his family live in O’ahu, Hawai’i, where they enjoy exploring the pristine natural beauty that the island has to offer.
