Have you ever attended a course, read a book or participated in a self-study group, and left with a strong will to improve or change something about yourself… only to fall short on your goal just days, weeks or months later? What happened wasn’t a lack of understanding or desire for your goal – but rather, that your goal, and your path to it, were not embodied.
SI’s Embodied Leadership Courses are rooted in our groundbreaking methodology. We don’t just bring effective theory and the latest research, but also the practices to embody and act from them. This is why our programs are attracting leaders the world over: individuals who attend and develop leadership presence and competencies through SI make great things happen, whether it be in their life, home, organization, community.

Who should participate in SI’s Embodied Leadership Courses and coaching?
Our Leadership Courses and coaching opportunities are open to the public. We welcome individuals from all walks of life who are passionate about exploring and developing their leadership potential – whether that’s for their workplace, community or their own self-cultivation.
Who teaches the courses?
The teachers at SI are the originators and leaders of the Somatics methodology as it relates to leadership and coaching – meaning, you’ve come to the right place to be coached and develop your leadership potential! You won’t easily find another learning environment in which the staff has as much experience, depth and practiced knowledge. The average SI Faculty has 15 years of experience in our methodology and in leading leaders.
Which course should I take first?
We recommend taking Leadership in Action One as your first course. It’s the perfect introduction to somatic transformation and embodied learning, and will give you a great platform to launch from into our other coursework! You can learn more about Leadership in Action One by visiting our Embodied Leadership Series page.
Do I have to take all the courses in a series, or can I take them a la carte?
While not necessary, we strongly encourage individuals to pursue all of the courses within a series. Because our methodology is grounded in practice and embodied transformation, your practice deepens with each course. We hear repeatedly from our students that “the more you learn, the better it gets.” It’s also our recommendation to space out your courses, allowing for a bit of breathing room between learning experiences. We’ll happily work through a learning plan with you – feel free to contact us anytime.
