    We tend to think of endurance in terms of our physical capacity. But endurance is a hallmark trait of a good leader. You do not show up and “lead” in a day. Leadership takes hard work day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year. It’s something you practice and it takes endurance.

    How to increase your ability to stay present in intense interaction — where else in your life do you wish to have more endurance? In what situations?
