Are You Prepared to Lead When the Stress is Most Intense and the Stakes Are at an All-Time High?
We’re facing a global health crisis and widespread historic economic fallout. Your employees, community, and family members are all looking for leaders who inspire with a calm, purposeful presence.

Across the globe, leaders at every level in every sector are clambering to manage in this unusual time of heightened pressure and unprecedented uncertainty. Today's extraordinary circumstances call for extraordinary leaders.

The old ways of leading aren’t going to cut it now. Perhaps you’ve known for a while that you want to uplevel your ability to affect change. Easier said than done.

Even when we know we want to show up differently in our lives and at our work, we aren’t always able to take a different action — especially when we’re under increasing amounts of pressure.

For most of us, old habits die hard. In fact, old habits can intensify under pressure.

Get Started on Your Embodiment Path Today

But, it is possible to learn how to show up better under pressure! It just takes practice.

With practice, you can become a leader who embodies authenticity, confidence, and centered presence. You can learn how to consistently respond to the moment in ways that are aligned with your core values.

With practice, you can become the kind of leader who excels, even in today’s ever growing, unpredictable word.

That’s the inspiration behind our new online course: Embodied Leadership Core. This course empowers you to close the gap between the vision you hold for yourself and how consistently you’re able to live it.

What people say about Embodied Leadership Training with Strozzi Institute
"We wanted a game changer for accelerating our high performing teams and our leadership team. I've worked with a lot of different leadership programs and the Strozzi institute is the one that works. It was dramatically different than anything I had experienced before. It's their ability to connect the mind, language, action, and the body into sustainable practices. And we were able to see actual true change in a very short amount of time. It deeply resonated with our teams in a meaningful and authentic way."
- John Pershing, SVP HR Ascena Retail Group
"I loved it! It was very profound and subtle at the same time. The execution and the team have been the most professional I have ever seen. Humanity, values, care, love was always at the foreground. I feel humbled and grateful to have been part of this experience."
- Tania Fichtner, Director at Tajo Consulting (Mexico City, Mexico)
"The course has taken my intellectual awareness of the importance of staying rooted/grounded into the physical realm. This move into embodying the practice (versus thinking about being rooted) has been incredibly valuable."
- Robin, HR Director F100 company
"As a whole this course was a powerful incubator for my vision and commitment in the world, as was it a powerful training ground for embodying that commitment and vision."

- Claire, social justice organizer
