Cultivating Mastery
Richard Strozzi-Heckler’s Annual Founder’s Course
Mastery is Often Simply Staying on Path
Cultivate depth, authenticity, wisdom, and centered action under the advisement of the original architect of embodied leadership, Richard Strozzi-Heckler. In this course, advanced students will engage with the latest innovations in somatic theory and somatics as path.

In 2019, Richard deepens into his exploration of The Unbounded State. As we move through the Arc of Somatic Transformation, we will inevitably pass through The Unbounded State.

This occurs when we have a somatic opening. It's that moment when our historical way of organizing ourselves is interrupted and we have not yet reached a new, embodied shape.

The customary somatic markers we have embodied that tell us who we are, how we respond to life, what is important to us, and so forth have been deconstructed and we are faced with an existential dilemma around meaning, identity, and purpose.

In this course, advanced students explore what it means to open to The Unbounded State and allow it to move us into an internal depth as well as depth in our living.
Of the many courses I have taken in the past 20 years...this was one of the very best... As someone whose life passion is teaching and learning, I am grateful and appreciative beyond words to have Richard as a teacher of such extraordinary calibre.... To have a level of trust to be able to relax into full learning mode as a student is a true delight.

Course Promises
We will engage with the Unbounded State as an integral part of awakening and cultivating a fulfilling life. The questions of intimacy, vulnerability, the non-dual self, and generosity will be signposts for our exploration into:

  • Personal and clients' experiences with The Unbounded State through conversation, reflection, and somatic practices.
  • The Arc of Transformation as both an assessment and somatic visioning tool, and for personal development.
  • Deepening mastery of somatic practices to cultivate a productive, rich, and fulfilling life.
