Status: Full Time Employee (40 hours per week)
Work Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Compensation: $54K - $59K Based on Experience

Job Summary
The course manager is responsible for managing the logistics and customer service associated with all in-person and online public courses. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and adept at partnering with teammates in person and remotely. They also have experience with customer service, event production, project management, vendor management, data management, and schedule coordination.
Responsibilities
To Include but no limited to:

Customer Service

  • Respond to logistical questions about courses and programs
  • Manage refunds, transfers and payment plans
  • Direct inquiries to other staff members

In Person Courses, Corporate Trainings and Coach Certification Program

  • Coordinate event vendors
  • Manage inventory and ordering of event supplies
  • Produce Printed Course Materials
  • Coordinate Bodyworker schedules
  • Schedule teacher preparation and debrief calls
  • Ensure all course related automated emails are sent
  • Pull participant report for teaching team as needed
  • Update participant status in customer relations management system
  • Load content to learning platform
  • Create and send completions certificates

Online Courses

  • Support management of the online learning platform
  • Attend online sessions as needed to provide tech support
  • Ensure participants receive certificates generated from learning platform
  • Upload live session video and audio recordings to learning platform
  • Manage refund or transfers

Knowledge and Skills

  • Excellent email and phone customer service skills.
  • Enjoys communicating with people both customers and teammates.
  • Strong attention to detail, accurate and well organized. Able to prioritize.
  • Strong ability to plan, organize, and execute duties in an efficient manner, but also remain flexible and open to change.
  • Experience with the following or similar platforms: Microsoft Office Suite, Box, File Maker Pro, Wordpress, Ontraport, Thinkific.
  • Forward thinking and solution oriented.
  • Ability to work business hours.
  • Need to have reliable transportation; have a current driver’s license and auto insurance. You may occasionally need to drive to our training site in Petaluma.
  • Able to lift 40lbs.
  • Interested in learning about somatics and Strozzi Institute methodology. Willing to participate in embodied leadership practices and processes as part of working with the team day to day, in staff meetings and staff retreats.
