Vivian Gill (Fairfield, CA) is a registered nurse of 30 years and holistic wellness coach of 25 years. She is married to her high school sweetheart and has four amazing, grown kids: two “His” and two “Hers.” She brings a rich background in somatic practices, meditation, and therapeutic touch from her nursing practice combined with her understanding of human movement as a NASM certified personal trainer and certified Somatic Coach through the Strozzi Institute. She has worked extensively with clients in crisis, coping with catastrophic illness and the end of life, and in caring for the family when faced with chronic illness. She empowers clients in developing a wellness culture in the face of illness.
Her work in graduate school to earn a Masters in Human Services Counseling: Life Coaching focused on a neuroscientific approach to a sharper mind and a healthier life. She’s passionate about coaching women to be their “best self” so they can lead a joy-filled life. She approaches her practice and clients through the eyes of a learner which allows her to be sensitive and open to client communication and need. She believes people are creative and resourceful and honors that they are the expert in their lives. As such she coaches women to discover and clarify what they want to achieve to be well through a mind/body approach. She elicits client-generated solutions and strategies as she helps women design their future. She believes that by working with women in the nutrition and exercise space, she empowers them to connect with their true essence and reach their potential in life. Vivian is on a mission to help women see their own beauty and let it shine.
