Tracy Rekart (Seattle and Winthrop WA) is a white, cis-gender leadership coach who believes that change happens when there is enough safety and resources built up inside a person for them to be willing to step into the unknown.
She draws upon her extensive experience, research, education, and personal practice to identify systemic baggage – whether from an early holding or cultural system – that is in the way of finding power with yourself and others in the pursuit of a more just world.
Tracy infuses soul-based questions, with actionable skill-based tools, and somatic bodywork and movement practices to support you to navigate the path through the unknown and toward your unique ecological niche.
Tracy deeply listens to eco-systems around her to stay in right balance. She lives with her partner in business and life – Neil McCarthy, and their two children in a cabin in the north of Washington state.
