Susanna Lindblom (Madrid, Spain) loves supporting her clients in generating change that previously would have seemed complicated or even impossible to achieve. With values high in respect and integrity, transformation is a process she feels grateful to witness.

For over 12 years, she has coached and trained hundreds of executives in Fortune 50 companies, government organizations and start-ups in Europe, North America, Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Latin America.

Her background includes 17+ years of business experience holding senior-level management positions in major global organizations such as BP Oil and UNISYS, before deciding to focus on Leadership and Personal Transformation. She has a deep understanding of the challenges of working in high pressure environments.

Of Swedish origin, her international background has allowed her to gain a unique perspective spending 29+ years working across the globe and living in North American and European countries. She now permanently resides in Spain.

She’s fluent in Spanish, French, Swedish and speaks intermediate level Portuguese (on good days).

She coaches in person and virtually, and bodywork is available and highly encouraged for best results.

Susanna is also passionate about horses and trains classical dressage every day.
