Satu Kreula (United Kingdom) is an executive coach and consultant helping senior leaders and teams to improve their performance and lead globally. Her work includes coaching executives and emerging leaders to help them through transitions and to develop their leadership capabilities including their ability to lead and manage their teams in complex environments and their capacity to work and manage change effectively across cultures.
Her passion is supporting her clients in resolving challenging situations that require bridging a gap and bringing people together across a variety of divides, including ones that they may have within themselves. Her clients include global organisations such as WPP, the UN, Unilever, BP, Siemens and Club Med.
Satu is a certified somatic coach with Strozzi Institute, and is also a graduate of Newfield and CoachU. She has a MSc in Organisational Behaviour and Intercultural Communication, and she is currently continuing her studies in systemic constellations work.
Satu has a wealth of international experience having lived in seven countries on three continents. She has also had the privilege of working in over 40 and traveling in over 80 countries countries across six continents. She is bilingual in English and Finnish, and also works in Spanish.
