Sarah Rimmel, Founder of Slow Integration Coaching, is committed to people’s needs being met and going slow to go fast and far. As an ICF-certified, Sarah supports diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) professionals, people who care about DE&I, and BIPOC people in centering one’s own mental, spiritual, physical, and emotional wellbeing while doing the external work we are committed to.

Sarah holds over 15 years’ experience in institutions of higher education, nonprofit organizations, and social justice advocacy, and previously worked as an Assistant Director of Education and Program Manager within a large research university. She supported underrepresented students in retention and advancement and developed strategic partnerships with campus leaders and external partners to enhance gender equity, racial justice, and social justice initiatives.

Sarah is a queer woman, auntie, and tea-drinker whose commitments are informed from experiences as a biracial kid raised in a white household by a single parent struggling with alcoholism. Living at the intersections of various identities, a search for belonging, healing, and playfulness run deep in her bones.

Sarah offers free monthly gatherings for DE&I professionals, individual coaching, team coaching, intercultural education, and somatic practice groups. Please reach out to say hello on LinkedIn and listen to a podcast episode on Linktree. You can subscribe to monthly emails on her newsletter.
