Since joining c. myers in 2014, Lisa has continuously demonstrated that she is an accomplished and driven facilitator that has earned the respect of countless clients of c. myers. She regularly takes on key roles in a wide range of engagements with clients as they move their organizations forward through endeavors, such as Process Improvement, Strategic Leadership Development, Strategic Implementation, and Strategic Planning. Lisa helps many clients each year create more rewarding member and employee experiences, maintain relevancy, and keep costs down in a rapidly changing world. Through Strategic Implementation, Lisa works with clients to help continuously position them to achieve the strategic progress they want for their organization.
She is a certified Harrison Assessment and Strozzi Institute somatic coach, and enjoys working with clients on Strategic Leadership Development. She uses her background to coach clients on deepening their self-awareness, and developing their presence, and helping them commit to taking action.
In addition to working with clients, Lisa effectively manages several strategic objectives and high-impact projects across c. myers’ organization. Simply put, she knows how to prioritize, organize, and motivate people.
Lisa enjoys practicing yoga, hiking, weight training, and spending time with family and friends.
