Linda Watkins, Ph.D. Newport Beach, California, is a Strozzi-trained Master Somatic Coach and a Newfield Network-certified Ontological Coach. One of the few Strozzi-certified coaches in Orange County and Southern California, she specializes in women’s executive leadership, and coaches’ women and men to enhance the body-based capabilities of empathy, resilience, curiosity, creativity, and courage needed by leaders in 2021 and beyond. A lifelong curiosity for learning and mastery uniquely positions Linda to help executive clients navigate the forward edge of organizational leadership and change. Linda believes lifelong learning, self-awareness, and the pursuit of self-mastery are keys to the mindset and behavior for successful life and work. Her own work is guided by a personal quest for a life of dignity, purpose, and joyous self-fulfillment for herself and others. Linda has a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems, a Masters in Organizational Development, and a BA in Sociology. In addition to coaching, she taught university leadership courses in an innovative masters of organizational leadership program for many years.
