Lawrence Peers Ed.D., PCC (Philadelphia, PA) is committed to an intentionally integral approach to his work with individuals, teams, leaders and organizations across the county. His coaching has been honed through his extensive background and experiences which draw upon his expertise in organizational dynamics, counseling psychology, leadership coaching and somatics. In addition to his organizational consulting, he often works with leaders (including clergy) and individuals during times of change, conflict or life/career transition. He assists his clients in taking a proactive stance to “lead from a different place” with a renewed sense of skillful purpose. Larry also leads national seminars for leaders on embodying resilience, leadership well-being, and mid-career transitions. He is a Professional Certified Coach, certified as a Somatic Coach with Strozzi Institute, an Ontological Coach with The Newfield Network, a certified Leadership Circle Profile coach and an Immunity to Change facilitator. His background includes graduate degrees in psychology and a doctoral degree in Organizational Change.
