Kathleen Loehr (Alexandria, VA) is the principal of Kathleen Loehr & Associates, a philanthropic and leadership practice based in Alexandria, VA. Kathleen’s coaching is grounded in over thirty years in the nonprofit sector as a leader, fundraiser, consultant, and coach developing leaders and effective teams. Kathleen is a pragmatic and relational coach who understands the complexities and demands of leading change in nonprofits. She has partnered with Heifer International, Save The Children, PETA, NRDC and other nonprofits to help leaders and teams create generative practices that result in strong presence, mindfulness, productive collaboration with colleagues and volunteers, and the ability to act effectively regardless of chaos or challenges.
