Kate Moore Meyers, LMFT (San Francisco, CA). Kate’s coaching style is an integration of the Strozzi Institute (SI) coaching and counseling skills. Her strengths-based practice is founded in loving care, a care deep enough to include encouragement, listening, and the occasional challenge that spurs growth. This involves collaboration and trust to navigate past blind spots and barriers. Kate loves being creative with her clients, developing personalized practices and exercises that generate fundamental change.
Kate was so inspired by her first SI course that she left a leadership role in product development to pursue this work. As a Strozzi Institute Master Somatic Coach, she felt drawn to further study of change through a BA in Integral Studies at CIIS and a Masters in Counseling Psychology at Palo Alto University. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Kate’s work remains rooted in the SI approach of pairing pragmatic action with self-reflection, integrating this with EFT, CBT, and plenty of life experience.
Kate’s clients are Adults, Kids, Couples, and Families – ages 3 – 83. She offers body-work and walking sessions. She also works with the challenges of health issues, parenting, family conflict, healthy boundaries, trauma recovery, and procrastination anxiety.
