Jane Gray (Portland, Oregon) makes space for people to better discern and also reflect on where they are and want to go in life and leadership. She brings empathy and honesty to clients allowing them to see what their current actions, attitudes, and beliefs make possible, what they limit, and where they might evolve to support growth. Clients are surprised by how much working with bodily practices allows them to make powerful and lasting shifts, becoming more effective in the challenges they face as well in enjoying their lives more fully. This work is deep, intimate, and transformational.
Jane uses bodywork in her practice and is certified as a master somatic coach from the Strozzi Institute and as a leadership coach from Georgetown University. Jane earned a BA degree in cognitive psychology from Harvard College, and completed doctoral coursework at the Harvard Graduate School of Education in adult and leadership development. She also earned a master’s degree in school counseling. Jane is described by clients as “genuine, fearlessly curious, and gifted at helping clients go to unexpected and fruitful places.” After 25 years in Cambridge MA, Jane moved with her family to Portland, Oregon, where she enjoys the relaxed culture and time in nature.
