Carolyn Arculus (Basel, Switzerland) is an internationally experienced somatic and ontological coach, specializing in organizational leadership. Carolyn’s clients are leaders and their teams, who want to become better leaders, inspire their teams and make a difference. What Carolyn’s clients appreciate about her are her challenging and direct observations and assessments which lead them to gain a greater understanding and awareness of their being and thereby be in more choice about their actions. Carolyn has extensive experience working with leaders and their teams in large global, matrix organizations, this work has deepened her knowledge and experience in cross-cultural interfacing (ethnic, professional and organizational) and although based in Switzerland, she works with global organizations in Europe, USA, and Asia. Carolyn holds an honors Degree in Psychology, a Certificate in Somatic Coaching and a Diploma in Ontological Coaching. Carolyn’s work has also being informed by her leadership experience in major pharmaceutical companies. She has also been a Senior Mediator in a Cross Cultural Institute and global HR Director in Switzerland and CEO of two University Hospitals in the UK.
