Beverley McMaster (London and South East England) s a certified Master Somatic Coach and Somatic bodyworker. She is also a graduate of Newfield Network, having trained an Ontological Coach. Recently she became a student of EMDR, a modality proven to be successful at healing difficult and unhelpful behaviour. In January 2020 she begins a 2 year training programme for Focusing Orientated Therapy.
She loves partnering with clients helping them to drop more deeply, into their own self-worth and value, building grounded confidence and resilience. Working from the ‘inside-out’ clients come to embody new skills that are vital for co-ordinating effectively with others, making different choices and taking action.
Inherently practical, somatic coaching wonderfully promises the possibility of a happier, more fulfilled, satisfied life, regardless of the domain. Once the ‘somatic eyes’ are opened there is no limit to what we can learn about our experience and how to make the most of it.
Prior to coaching professionally, for over 20 years Beverley worked in diverse multi-cultural sectors in a variety of Senior HR roles. She continues to enjoy working with clients in corporate leadership settings, as well as working with clients who choose to self-fund.
