Antonia Slagle (Sacramento, CA) holds space for life to emerge. She is a mother, educator, storyteller and artist who is passionate about partnering with her clients to show up for the life they came here for. She believes cultivating Joy, Self-expression and Interdependence are tools for disrupting systemic oppression.
Antonia offers her clients a life-affirming, pragmatic and nurturing container shaped by her 20+ years in public education, parenting, social justice work, and community building. She specializes in coaching fellow space holders (educators, parents, coaches, healers, activists) and creatives who know sharing their unique contribution with the world is both an act of personal transformation and collective liberation.
In addition to her somatic coaching certification through Strozzi Institute, Antonia holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and continues to train in trauma-informed practices and mindfulness. She offers 1:1 sessions, group coaching and workshops in-person and virtually. Bodywork is an integral component of in-person sessions.
