Annalisa supports her clients to cultivate deeper connection with themselves and courage to be who they are so that they can flourish in their relationships, work, and life.
Having spent the last decade in impact and service-oriented work, Annalisa knows what it’s like to feel overextended while showing up for the needs of others. Her hope is to see her clients access more ease in doing what they love, deepen intimacy in the relationships that matter most to them, and build a more connected and loving relationship with themselves.
Annalisa’s approach is influenced by her studies, personal and professional experiences in somatics, identity and belonging, trauma-informed facilitation, conflict resolution, community organizing and communication across cultural and religious differences.
Through her coaching she blends reflection, somatic practices and creative expression to help her clients learn from and connect with the wisdom of their bodies – supporting them to unlearn the embodied patterns that are no longer serving them and learn practical skills to help them transform those patterns towards their flourishing.
Annalisa grew up between North Macedonia and the U.S. and has since called many places home. When she’s not meeting with clients, you can find her trail running, dancing, or making music where she now lives in Oakland, California.
