How to Cancel or Transfer

Refunds and Transfers for Online Programs

Cancellation and refund policies for Online Courses and Retreats are shared on the online course pages and shared on the order form upon registration. In general, refunds for online courses are granted, no questions asked, until the end of the day of the first live session of the course. Please confirm on each course page for details.

Refunds for In-Person Coursework**

If you register for an in-person course and cancel for any reason, refunds are processed per the following guidelines:

  • 61+ days or more prior to the course start date, you are entitled to a full refund with no fees assessed
  • 31-60 days prior to the course start date, you will be subjected to a $500 cancellation fee
  • 30 days or less from the course start date, there are no refunds issued. You would have access to a transfer of credit (see transfer section) up until 48 hours prior to the class start date
  • A “late cancellation” is a cancellation of 48 hours or less before the course start date and will result in a 100% forfeiture of funds. Special consideration will be given to persons with Covid-19 with proof of infection on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds are processed within 15 business days from the date of cancellation and issued to the original credit card of the holder.

Transfers for In-Person Coursework **

If you register for an in person course and wish to transfer for any reason, here are our guidelines for transferring to another course or for creating a “course credit” for future use.

  • 15+ days before the start of a course will incur a $250 transfer fee
  • 14 days up to 48 hours before the first day of the course will result in a $500 administrative fee
  • Transferring 48 hours or less is considered a “late cancellation” and will result in 100% forfeiture of funds. Special consideration will be given to persons with Covid-19 with proof of infection on a case-by-case basis.
  • Transfer and enrollment must occur within a one-year period. After this time, 100% of funds will be forfeited.
  • Funds can only be transferred twice. The need to transfer a third time is considered the same as a late cancellation and results in a 100% forfeiture of funds.

Refunds for Somatic Coaching Certification Program

If you register for the Somatic Coaching Certification Program and cancel for any reason, refunds are processed per the following guidelines:

  • 31 days or more prior to the start of session # 1, you are entitled to a full refund minus a $500 cancellation fee. 
  • 30 days or less prior to the start of session # 1 AND you are paid in full, you are not entitled to a refund of session # 1. You will receive a refund for any remaining future sessions paid in advance minus a $500 cancellation fee
  • 30 days or less before the start of an upcoming session (sessions 2 – 4) AND if you are paid in full, you are not entitled to a refund of any prior sessions, are not entitled to a refund of that upcoming session. You will receive a refund for any remaining future session(s) paid in advance minus a $500 cancellation fee
  • 30 days or less before the start of an upcoming session (sessions 1 – 4) AND if you are on a payment plan, you are not entitled to a refund of that upcoming session nor any prior session(s). You will receive a refund for any remaining future session(s) paid in advance through your payment plan minus a $500 cancellation fee.

Transfers for Somatic Coaching Certification Program

If you register for the Somatic Coaching Certification Program course and wish to transfer for any reason, here are our guidelines for transferring to another course or cohort or for creating a “course credit” for future use.

  • All transfers will result in a $500 administrative fee
  • This includes a transfer between cohorts before the course launches and/or to make-up sessions due to missing any of the 4 scheduled in person sessions.
  • Transferring 48 hours or less before any session is considered a “late cancellation” and will result in 100% forfeiture of funds for that session.  Special consideration will be given to persons with Covid-19 with proof of infection on a case-by-case basis.
  • Transfer and enrollment must occur within a one-year period. After this time, all funds will be forfeited.
  • Funds or credit can only be transferred twice. The need to transfer a third time is considered the same as a late cancellation or 100% forfeiture of funds.
